Turn Around Time

ARK Digitech has a 48-72-hour turnaround time for most design services. This is not the complete time from start to finish for a project, only the turnaround time for a single iteration of a design stage. Depending on the kind of service, the time required for revisions could be a minimum of 48 hours to 72 hours, which means 2 working days.
For example:

• Logo/website Orders placed or Revisions Requested on a Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
• Logo/website Orders placed or Revisions Requested on a Friday will be delivered by the end of Tuesday.

Claim Your Refund

To claim your refund, please follow the steps below:

REFUND POLICY

ARK Digitech safeguards 100% satisfaction of the customer with our infinite Revision Policy (free), which allows you to improve on your initial design brief for free via the guidance provided by our account manager.

If you want a refund, you must not have published or used the designs anywhere on the internet. If you are not satisfied with ARK Digitech’s design services, you can contact us within five days to claim a refund. If ARK Digitech does not receive a refund request within the first five days of initial delivery, it will be assumed that the provided designs were satisfactory.

• No refund requests will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing it. To reactivate your project, a 30% service fee will apply.
• For Combo / Special Packages, a similar refund policy applies. A purchase receipt is required for processing refunds.

Refund Policy Breakdown

• 100% refund: If the request is made before order delivery (less a 10% processing fee).

• 66% refund: If the request is made within 48 hours of initial delivery (less a 10% processing fee).

• 33% refund: If the request is made within 48-120 hours of initial delivery (less a 10% processing fee).

• No refund: If the request is made after 120 hours of initial delivery. However, we encourage you to contact us if you face any issues.

• Refunds above $1000 will be processed in installments (25% per month).

• Refunds are processed between the 25th and 31st of each month.

REJECTION TO REFUND POLICY

Refund requests will be denied under the following circumstances:

• Selecting a Combo Package
• Irrelevant reasons for cancellation
• No contact with the company for more than 2 weeks
• Approval of primary design
• Violation of company policies
• Hiring another designer/company for the same project
• Missing information in the creative brief
• Request to change the entire design
• Expired refund request time
• Disagreement with a partner, change of mind, or reasons unrelated to ARK Digitech services
• Refunds will not be issued once final files are delivered
• No refunds on free items
• After 120 hours, no refund will be processed for logos or websites
• Once website design is approved, refunds will not be issued

Refund Policy Related to Websites

• If work is not complete, a partial refund may be initiated based on the remaining work.
• No refund will be issued if the creative brief is incomplete.
• No refund will be issued once the website development has started.
• No refund will be issued if the website is live upon client request.
• No refund for Downloadable Software, Domain Name Registration, or Web Hosting.
• If you fail to communicate with us for more than 45 days, no refund will be provided.
• Refunds will not be issued if the company changes its name or shuts down.
• Special Offer purchases do not qualify for refunds.
• Final delivery = No refunds.
• Website and design development refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Content Creation & Population

ARK Digitech is not responsible for creating or populating content (text/images) unless purchased exclusively.

• ARK Digitech will populate the website with client-approved content.
• Images will be acquired from stock photo websites, with client approval before purchase.
• Product images and descriptions must be provided by the client.

Access to Registered Accounts

Clients can access their registered accounts by signing in on the homepage. Once logged in, they can:

• View their previous orders
• Update their account details

N.D.A. & Reputation Management Policy

ARK Digitech does not share customer project details or contact information.

Once the project is completed:

• Both ARK Digitech and the Client agree not to defame or disparage each other.
• Each party must refrain from making any defamatory comments about the other.

Customer Support

• Available Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM GMT.
• After-hours inquiries should be sent via the Team Works Account and will be addressed the next business day.

Technical Support Policy

ARK Digitech primarily provides design and consultancy services.

• Hosting:

  • ARK Digitech offers free hosting as an added feature (via a third-party provider).
  • If the website is hosted elsewhere, ARK Digitech is not responsible for hosting-related issues.

• Website CMS (Content Management System):

  • A user manual will be provided, but training is not included.

• Email Setup:

  • Clients will receive installation settings but must configure emails themselves.
  • ARK Digitech does not offer technical support for email errors.

Communication Policy

• All revision, refund, and order requests must be made via the Project Camp Account.
• ARK Digitech is not responsible for communication outside of our official channels.
• Official communication is done through support@arkdigitech.com.
